  1. he is having a meal at an old dinner. he is using color because it makes the picture warm.he used framing because the center of the picture or the main focus is on the food on the colored table

  2. I think the guy is getting ready to eat a well balanced breakfast
I see space around the food and shape of the food.
The element space reveals the high vantage point that this photo was taken.
The elements and principles show how grand the breakfast is and how many different types of food the consumer has.
The photographer needed to consider that the photo is taken in doors and so he needed to set his exposure to make what may not be the best lighting be nice to look at.

  3. In this picture, it is showing the photographer's breakfast and it's most likely from a restaurant. In the photograph, there is definitely a lot of balance and framing; trying to bring out the breakfast's best capability as a photo. The color is very impactful as it's monochromatic besides the few other colors here and there. It just sets the mood of one of those road side diners in the middle of no where, keeping a classy yet dramatic mood. It looks like the photographer used a flash for on the outer borders, it's just slightly darker. The shutter speed would be most likely longer than usual if it weren't for the flash.

  4. It looks like someone is going to eat a dinner at what presumably is at his house. The photo uses a high vantage point, vignette, and the photo is off center

  5. The photographer is about to eat his first meal of the day.
There is space around the meal, creating movement since you're looking at one food, then another, then the drinks.
The photographer had to consider a higher ISO and since he's taking the photo indoors.

  6. 1.) i think the photographer is going to have breakfast at a diner, the food and the drinks give it away that it is not at home.
2.) i think the elements of art they are using is color and space, the color of the food and table and the space around the food and drinks.
3.)the color and space create contrast between the two.
4.)it helps design the photograph by showing the contrast of the breakfast and color to be something comforting and the space of the table around it to be something strange and different. somewhere new but comfortable.
5.)low exposure and artificial lighting coming from flash, it gives it that grungy hipster aesthetic.

  7. I think this person took the picture like this so get the viewers attention and it makes me hungry.. But it looks well put together as a good breakfast. I think the story is about how your breakfast should look like every morning. The elements for art i see are texture, color, space, line and shape. I choose color because It looks like the orange from the background complements the plates and the drinks underneath it. The elements of art tell the story by its colors and the way it's structured and just how the picture looks. I think the photographer uses hard light with shadow around it and it looks like there's a flash on but it could be from the light in the background, and I think the photo could have used a little more light in the picture to make it even look more fantastic and it already is.

  8. In this picture i feel the photographer prepared his breakfast and took a picture of it before he started to eat it. For this picture he uses color , the warm peach shade in the background of the food makes the picture soft. As well as balance and framing. The photographer frames the food with the soft color in the background giving the image a story, somewhat of a old fashioned breakfast. based of the picture the lighting is very dim im assuming the photographer used window light to take this picture.

  9. I think the human is getting ready to eat a healthy breakfast.
    i see balance,framing, and shape.
The balance helps create a principal of design. It looks like the person used a high exposure in order to make the picture bright and clean.

  10. Well I think the guy is at a dinner getting ready to eat.
I see texture in the food and space around the food.
Since i picked texture from the element of arts and it goes well with variety from principle of design. So the food looks like the photographer use window light.

  11. I think the story is that the photographer was about to eat breakfast.I see balance, framing, color and a little texture in the food.I think the color of the photograph in general brings it out. It looks like the photographer used flash and the shutter was longer.

  12. In this picture, it looks like the photographer is about to eat breakfast at a restaurant. I think the photographer is using the composition rules of simplicity and framing; he puts his breakfast in a certain order, but he's making it look simple and organized at the same time. He/she also needed to have a higher exposure since he took this indoors. The photographer used a creative technique; he made the center brighter than the outside to focus more on the food.

  13. I think the picture is showing that the photographer is about to eat breakfast and it also shows the subject which is the food, in the middle of the photograph.

  14. It looks like someone is about to eat breakfast. The compositions that I think that he uses is simplicity and framing because he purposely put the food in that position. The compositions help explain the story because it helps show everything that he or she is going to eat without any distractions. This picture looks kind of dark.

  15. The story is something akin to a regular customer sitting down to breakfast at a diner. I see some color contrast, and asymmetric balance. The balance helps set the story in a diner or other informal restaurant--at a fancier place, the plates would have been precisely balanced because the serving staff is trained to make the meal look as aesthetically pleasing as possible. The photographer had to consider the shutter speed and aperture of his camera to determine how bright he wanted the picture to be and how to get all of his meal into focus.

  16. In this photograph it looks like the photographer made a breakfast and took a photo of it making it his subject. He used simplicity and framing because this picture centers around the food and does not show a lot of different subjects in the photograph. There is no distractions around the food it is suppose to focus on the food and the photographer did a good job on showing the main focus.

  17. i think the picture is showing off the food and made they made and their really proud of it. This picture demonstrates simplicty and framing because of the plate frames the food.

  18. This photo shows the photographer is about to eat breakfast at some restaurant. I think he used simplicity, color, space and maybe framing. Low exposure and maybe flash helped him take the photo.

  19. I believe this shows someone about to eat breakfast. For Elements of Art I see color and texture and I also see space. I believe space really helps with this photograph because it helps the balance between the food and the table. It really just puts it all together. The photo looks to be like the food is more lighter than the outside to have your focus be the food.

  20. It looks like the photographer is about to eat his delicious breakfast complete with toast, two beverages, an omelette, and hash browns. The element of art that I see is Space because photographer could have chosen to have the breakfast take up the entire photo frame, but intentionally left lots of negative space in the photo. Using negative space, the photographer also kind of creates balance, since the photo was taken from a higher vantage point, all the components of the photo looked balanced. The elements of art and principles of design help to create the story that the photographer had a "balanced" breakfast, but since there is so much negative space the photographer also feels he could have eaten more. Actually, the room that the photographer took the photo in looks like it was dark, so he had to use flash to make sure his subjects were visible. He had to probably manipulate his aperture to make it a wide aperture to allow more light in the lens and open the shutter for a longer amount of time to also allow the correct amount of light in the lens.

  21. I think that this picture shows that someone is going to eat some breakfast at what looks like a restaurant. I see really good color in this photo and it helps the principles of design by contrasting each other. I think that they add to the story by bringing everything together and giving the audience something good to look at. I think that this person used hard light because of the shadows behind the cups.

  22. I think the picture is presenting a person who's experiencing their breakfast as a traveler going through their own business while the photographer uses soft light from a camera light to direct light to the picture which gives this the Indy look.

    ReplyDelete
  23. The story is about someone preparing to eat. I think the photographer used pattern because of the pattern of having 2 things of each item besides the spoon knife and fork but the items do frame the food in the picture. The elements can help explain a story by adding additional visuals to the photo. The photographer would need to boost the lighting for the photo since it's indoors

  24. Im guessing that someone is about to eat and they are taking pictures of their meal.He used a strong focal point as well as artificial light.

  25. This picture was taken with the flash on the camera. I think this photo is a lot like a day in the life. This is a little part of his day...a nice big tasty omelette. Simplicity

  28. During this picture the person is eating breakfast at a restaurant. Framing leads to emphasis in this picture. These two help tell the story of a very delicious fancy breakfast. The photographer had to use flash as a technical aspect of the picture.

  29. The photographer wanted to show the audience his breakfast. The photographer could have used framing and strong focal point. Framing makes the food the main subject. It helps the audience have that morning feeling. The picture was taken in doors so he probably used a slower shutter speed

  30. The picture is clearly about the dank food he is about to munch on. The photos uses flash and is from a high vantage point.

  31. The story behind this is the photographer is showing the viewers the food he is about to eat, most likely taken at a restaurant.

  32. The picture is telling the story that it is breakfast time. It shows a strong focal point. It looks like the photographer used artificial light or flash to capture it from a high vantage point

  33. A person is having a balanced breakfast as the person travels and wants to sit down and enjoy a cooked meal; I see that the photographer uses balance, framing, and texture with their food and drinks. The elements show how a restaurant can present food to be appealing to eye wanting the consumer to want to enjoy their food. He most likely used artificial light like using flash to add exposure to the food.

  34. I think someone is going to sit down and eat breakfast. The photo has simplicity and a strong focal point on the food. The strong focal point gives the principle of design emphasis. Principles and elements of art help focus on different details to tell a story in a photo. The positioning and amount of light needed to be considered when taking this photo because the wrong lighting could give a different effect.

  35. This photograph shows the photographer's breakfast, he is using a high vantage point to show his audience the whole subject. The photographer also uses flash to sharpen the details of the food, and bring out the color more. This picture feels very open and creates the feeling of space.

  36. I think the story behind this photo is breakfast at a diner. I see color and space within the the photo. The space creates simplicity. The plainness of the photo helps tell the story of a nice breakfast at a quaint diner. He needed to consider the artificial lighting in the restaurant. He also needed to watch the exposure, so it wouldn't come out too light or dark.

  37. The photo just shows breakfast, nothing more nothing less. Some people might say it uses vantage point but really it doesn't because that's how someone would normally see their breakfast

  40. I think this photo shows the photographer standing above what might be a native dish to where ever he/she is. The color of the table gives it a exotic country feel. The photographer also uses flash to light up the seemingly dark room.

  41. This photo shows a man or women's breakfast. This photo is kinda like vantage point but really I feel as though its just implying that its seen from that persons point of view.

  42. The photographer is trying to convey a extravagant breakfast using bright colors and flash to light up the scene. there you go. publish. :)

  43. I believe this person is about to eat a delicious, but not so nutritious breakfast.
I see simplicity and strong focal point in this photo as there is very little going on except in the center of the photo, there's also lots of negative space.
The space is used to create balance in this photo as no part of the photo seems cluttered, this helped advertise a balanced breakfast.
The photographer would have to have had considered using flash as this images gets progressively darker as it extends outward.

  44. This photograph shows the man about to eat brekfast as it looks like he just got it. I believe he used simplicity, color, space with a low exposure.

  45. It looks like the photographer is taking a picture of their breakfast. I notice simplicity of only the breakfast on the table and I also see strong focal point with a focus on the plate of food.It looks like the photographer used a considerable amount of flash so the room around him must have been very low light.

  50. I think the story of this photograph is someone is about to eat breakfast at a diner or restaurant. I see framing and colors as good elements of art and composition. This gives the photograph a good warmth and helps bring the story together. The exposure is brighter on the meal because it is the main focus of the photograph. The photographer doesn't want to have the main subject to be lost. The darkness around the photograph helped framing and helped create texture to the image as well.

  51. The photograph shows that breakfast is most important meal of the day. The element of art that i see is Color. Now with this element of art i'd say the composition is simplicity . The art helps the story because it wants the person viewing the subject which is the breakfast food and that's it. I think the exposure is looking good not too much where we can't tell what is what. Th exposure is what's more important in this.

  52. I think that the photographer should consider positioning more as far as the angle and direction that the objects are facing.

    ReplyDelete
  53. The picture was taken before the photographer started eating breakfast and the elements that he used was space and simplicity which doesn't make the picture interesting. In order to have made the picture more interesting the photographer should've worked the scene to have a better angle of the breakfast to make it better looking.

  54. The photographer tried to show us a photograph about his morning meal and an element of art i see is color and it also shows simplicity. over all the colors can be more vibrant in my opinion.
